There are lots of good traffic sites, but it depends on the niche you're targeting. Sometimes a smaller, more niche specific site will convert better for you than a large general site.
Also, invest some of that money you have into some PPS search engines. Ad words is the easiest, so give that a shot with a couple hundred dollars.
