Lets be honest - come on.
They don't work and people can't be hassled with the "return policy" to get their money back.
However, I do believe that clitoris-glans enlargement for both genders is possible based upon the fact that an applied force to any part of the human body it seems has an "affect".
There is MUCH evidence that body modification by "stretching" works.
Further - every "photo" of the "proof" of penis enlargement pills I have seen has been digitally retouched.
