Within the linking codes section on TCG3 one of the drop-down menus (under number 2) says Sub-Account. Select the subaccount you just created and generate your codes as usual. You should now see a trailing &sub=SUBACCOUNT_NAME added to the urls. You can then browse your stats using subaccounts to check your stats per subaccount.
