I'm a poker newbie so I probably got lucky, however I do have quite a bit of experience with other gambling (specifically UK horse racing). If that's anything to go by then yes, long term (and I'm talking a LOT more than 100 hours) you could probably make $20 per hour if you were good enough. However, short term you might have to cope with having losing streaks lasting several weeks - last year I lost three months profit in the space of a couple of weeks, but overall for the year I was in profit.
Not the sort of thing you can rely on if you want a steady income...
