I'm 23 and in the same boat. What is it about the Holidays that make us want to confess? I think I'm going to do it this year. It has a little to do with the whole spet 11 shit. Life's short. If you can't tell the people you love the truth...something is fucked up.
I've been in the biz for 2 and half years now. When I was making 5k a month and driving a 540 - I was telling my mom that I was making 10$/hr as an assitant/coffee mook at a mainstream.com
And somehow I haven't had a "job" for just about a year now.
Unfortunately for the last two years my tax returns have gone to her house (and she opened them) and I made 3x what she did. So I know she knows something is up. I said it was the stock market.
I'm going to come clean sometime soon... just need to find out how to approach it.
The reason I haven't...when my mom was raising us...I was told that Porn was Evil. It exploits women. Degrades them. And makes guys treat them like shit...and rape them.
But I think she's changed some of her opinions...she accepts the whole Bill Clinton thing. She didn't mind that my sister had a friend that worked at a strip club.
Looking for REAL SUGGESTIONS of how to bring the subject up.
Do I tell her everything...like get into what the sites are...what they do...how i make money...
