Donald Rumsfeld recently talked of "a long hard slog": perhaps you should update him with your view of events in Iraq? And FYI the US has troops in various numbers in around 70% of all the countries in the world -

The only thing I can agree with is that much of the speculation about S89 and HR163 is just speculation. However it doesn't hurt to know that such bills are floating around because it at least tells those affected what some of their representatives are up to.
