I got the email as well.
As far as you see CCBILL in the headers etc. I think this is the scenario
1. You once joined a ccbill program
2. This program is crap, and sell their list to other ppl
3. Lotzadollars paid the crap program, and in the ccbill owner admin you can mail your affiliates...
I think this happend. Time I should start labeling my email as well:-)
