He is right, the SU-35 flys better or equal to the F-22. The only thing that sets them apart is the pilot, radar and weapons.

The F-22 would win since it has better radar, weapons and pilot but the SU-35 could out fly the F-22. Press useless since there are very few dogfights in modern warfair.
