(this is simply being posted for those who want to read about how much money is actually being handed over)
the amount is phenominal.
lets assume its only 3 billion a year. How many jews in Israel last population check?
in 2002 there were 6.5 million so, lets divide that amongst them.
3 billion divded by 6.5 million jews = about 153$ per person.
this is not being posted for race reasons or anything negative, simply about the numbers, that is a lot of money considering Israels exports only account for 32 billion.
