Pornsuite -- you can cry all you want -- doesn't make a difference. You know as well as I do that you could never take this to court. No court is going to care about a script that provides the world with anonymously posted free porn.
If you were smart you would have everything in writing before you paid the $2000.
If either side wants any sympathy here after admitting to cheating webmasters with hourly 404 redirects -- you are just dumb.
In any case I'm going to side with the programmers on this one.
