Hey maybe i shouldn't lose my temper, but you have to understand all the shit pornsuite has put us through. Even when we spend ours coddling him, he stills goes out and badmouths us every chance he gets. Basically I got sick of it, and decided to give him a piece of his own medicine.
Maybe i was right, maybe I was wrong. On the whole we put quite a bit of energy into support our customers, and go out of our way to help them even if its their fault.
We found out that between pornsuite, and one of the other people we sold the freehost software too we spend way to much time per dollar supporting them. Most of the problems came from the clients lack of understanding on how freehosts and complex systems work. Our solution is to no longer sell the software, to someone we don't directly maintain like our hosting customers.
Our support has been falling behind lately to our hosting clients, and other clients do to the great amount of time we have spent coddling pornsuite, and well when he doesn't show one ounce of appreciation, and even in turn takes it the other way by bashing us over and over in public, when is enough enough?
I appologize taking this in a public forum, but I could not read one more comment from pornsuite on a public forum, without defending my companies honor.
Oh and about way2fast redirecting to hiendmedia... *sarcasm on* yah pornsuite its all part of a big scam, we are creating a huge crime ring *sarcasm off* Or perhaps it was a mistake in our conf file, since I own both companies, but in your eyes everything is a big scam.
