In fact Chelsea is almost a 1/4 larger now than these pics show. She has whats called string implants - propolyene filiment (fishline) that causes the body to produce serum which fills the implant pocket for as long as the gal lets it, they NEVR stop growing and either must be shunted from time to time or the girls let them just grow crazy.
Minka has em as well as about a dozen others. I've heard through the grapevine that they are doing this overseas since the fda shut it down here since a few girls didnt fully understand what NEVER meant.
