Couple of things here.
1) Yes, China blocks and monitors its internet. I'm not sure about their take on adult, but everything is filtered, even down to every single SMS / Text message sent.
2) It is MHO that selling porn into China / Asia would be an impossible task. If you've ever been over there and gone to any market, there is SO MUCH smut on dvd / SVCD for next to nothing (I'm talking 5 DVDs for $10 etc)
They can get everything they want, without having to go through the rigmarole of the internet.
