My auto-repair company tried to fuck me over once... (for real).. ONCE. Here's how I fixed it:
#1. First thing I did was make damn sure I got satisfaction instead of getting fucked.
#2. The second thing I did was to never go back to the cheatin' fuckers ever again.
#3. Third thing I did was give serious warnings about them to everyone, everytime, everywhere the subject came up.
This is not a hard frame of mind or objective to obtain... all that is required is a firm resolution to not be bent over by everyone and used as a fucking doormat.
