That's pretty lame for them to do that. If they were gonna do that, they should've at least asked if it was ok with her or perhaps offered her a cut of the profits.
Now, if that was me doing something like that and I had a female audience applauding me, I wouldn't complain, I'd ask for audience participation, ha ha ha.
