actually, the charges that PeeWee had over possession of child porn was bullshit, IMHO. He bought a huge lot of bodybuilder type magazines and vintage erotica. When those magazines were published, they often featured 16 and 17 year old boys in jockstraps, tossing javelins and shit. Hardly the same as a picture of a 9 year old giving a handjob. Those magazines, when published, were never considered kiddy pornand that was also before the stringent records keeping provisions.
However, to avoid a lenghty trial and even more public and media assassination, he plead guilty to the possesion charge, but it's still bullshit. It's unlikely he even knew about everything he had in the collection he bought.
I think they really need to seperate these types of crimes. A picture of a 16 year old boy in a jockstrap tossing a spear is hardly the same thing as videotaping your neighbor's 10 year old daughter sucking off the baseball team. Especially considering when those magazines were published. Maybe it was because PeeWee might be gay?
