Yeah see I'm not even in NYC, just in upstate area.. Theres NO special labelling on the carton, and I did NOT request anything special..
so be on the lookout.. they suck bad. Not that it's a good habit, but crap these things blow! I'm guessing that they treat the paper with something, probably causes cancer itself..
