First off thank you to the person that pointed out this post to me!
Frank, sorry to hear about your problems with the checks, I would be interested in knowing also who the other people are that you say are having issues??
There have not been any problems on our end with checks.
In the future I would encourage you to contact me directly, or one of the other sales people. We are here exactly for this porpose. My number is 888-906-0666 ext. 158. or go ahead and icq me. I think it could save you a lot of frusteration by just getting the info straight from the source. Anyone that knows me will also tell you that I will not b.s. you if there is a problem.
I also wanted to say thanks to everyone that made the comments about our support staff. I will be sure to pass along the compliment to the head of the department, he works very hard to make sure we are at the top of our game!!!
