Given that industry wide rebills are in the toilet, my statement was pretty much true. You get paid a one time $35 or 50% over maybe 2 months of rebills and it's about the same... *shrug*... there are always exceptions but "most" PPS programs are filled with crap sites that will rebill at less than 2 months.
