its art for sure. I always love when I drive by trains, to look at all of the graffiti on the sides and admire them. you see some of the coolest looking peices of art.
on the side of a triancar in houston on the hardy toll road, there was "9-11 BUSH KNEW" on the side. I thought it was cool.
