Log into your account. Click on "Manage Domains". Select the one that you want to use. **Make sure that it is unlocked.** On the right you'll see a menu for "Domain Details". Click on "Domain Host Summary". Then click on "Click here to see details or to modify." You'll see a field for 'Host' .yourdomain.com. Put in your host name (usually ns1, ns2, etc.). Below that enter the ip.

Click to save changes.

For the second one, do the same thing, but you'll click on "add new host" after you've gone back into the menu. Don't forget to use ns2. (or whatever) and the second ip.

Save changes, log out.

Nameservers will register fairly quickly. You can go back and check the status. (or use dnsstuff.com to check it) Also, if it's your own box, depending on how your host works and what you're using it for, you may also need to get your host to set up RDNS for your mail.
