Not so much that her eyebrows are really thick, they just have no shape...
As for her hair...not sure about that one...some guys really like that long hair...so if she got a cut...maybe just a bit of a trim and a few layers to maybe frame her face a bit.
Make-up...minimal...don't go the trashy overdone look, it will kill her "girl next door" look.
