Governments giving needles? No way. We do not need govt involved in this sort of thing, they already fuck up enough shit.
No regulations on the purchase of needles is what is need. If you can afford a $20 bag of smack, you can afford a $.10 syringe.
If I had to deal with some govt pinhead everytime I wanted to shoot up some junk, I would share needles too. If I could go into Wal Mart and buy a box of 10 for a few dollars, I would opt for Wal Mart over the govt anyday.
