This was exactly my biggest concern when I started using spamarrest a couple of months ago. Even though I went through all the filtered out emails the first month to authorize all newsletters etc. and still do it about once a week, I am still probably going to miss one once in a while. Also not everyone who sends me an email for the first time, follow the instructions they receive on how to authorize their email address
But it was just crazy how much time I spent deleting spam at last, so I had to do something.
But still every email lost is one too many.
