Traffic Cash runs that deal. Actually it's a Free Lifetime membership to some shit site with your monthly membership to one of the Traffic Cash sites. It's real sneaky how they do it but I love it. Chargebacks are much higher I'm sure so they payout $30 per signup instead of $40 for their regular membership deal. They are pretty straight forward with what's happening on the signup page though as long as you open your eyes and read.
