I'll be the first to laugh if someone falls down or busts their ass, but I can't find even the slightest humor in death or starving humans, especially children.
The posted photo is very sad. We can't imagine for even one second how miserable that child's life must be. No child should suffer, and no man should find humor in that suffering.
