plz dont say "wow man you're not leet" just asking if you can tell me how you put this on your site and what do you have to signup for is it Goggle Adsense or something if so then plz ;) tell me :P i really wanna learn this

i own a google adsense account but

or what ever this is ;) how i can earn from this plz inform me about this

Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
