You do not want to renounce your US Citizenship. You may need it someday. Even if you do so and the IRS thinks your doing so to evade taxes, they CAN still tax you for 10 years after you renounce your Citizenship. Uncle Sam has a strong hold on his people.

Just move someplace you want to live, make sure your not going to get double taxed while living there, move your sites out of the states and enjoy your life. You also get a $80,000.00 tax break from the US after your first year (300 something days) of living and earning money abroad.
