I understand what you're saying Amber ... but unfortunately there's a million scumbags like this guy who do this everyday ...
I know a bunch of webmasters who've had the same problem with people stealing their stuff and setting up competing websites in one form or another ...
Then the burden's on the webmaster to get them removed with tremendous hassle or, as in your case, with no luck at all and no response from the responsible parties ...
The only solution, as far as I can see, is to prevent the copying in the first place ...
either with the previously mentioned slicing of the pics, protected webcam streams or whatever ...
Or ... you could try placing your url more prominently centered on the pics or webcam images so the url is intact even with cropping ...
But even with more transparency on the url --- that kind of placement can be really annoying to legit customers ... Although some webmasters do it anyway ...
The bottom line, in my opinion, is that copy prevention is the only way to prevent this kind of thing from happening ...
