That's a hot topic, everybody will give you a different response.
Some think the commas help to better delineate phrases, others think leaving them out gives you more word combinations.
Still others say the comma and the space are simply delineations themselves and the robots can't tell the difference.
Then others say the keyword metatag isn't even used anymore...
and then others...
