lol

an icq spam bot registers hundreds of new accounts a day. closing accounts after complaints won't help at all. they use software that automaticly blocks accounts that send too many messages too fast and they block ip adresses that log in to their server too often & too fast. it's the only thing they can do. try sending 20 messages in 10 seconds or so, and you'll see that icq server will kick you off and won't allow you to reconnect for an hour or so...

as for the 'your message here' spam
i think that's the default message for some icq spam software and stupid spam newbies forgot to insert their massage there lol
