So anyone worked for FREE, yes FREE for non-profit organisations to put a little bit back into improving this god damn world!
I have been doing so for last year with AIESEC...
www.aiesecloughborough.org , the concept is international traineeships of HIGH QUALITY graduates with EXPERIENCE to improve cultural understanding.
AIESEC is in 85 countries, including USA.. so obviously everyones business here could benefit from these people..
I learn SHITLOADS in terms of leadership development, sponsors such as PWC, Vodafone, Krafts Foods etc regularily attend conferences and give talks etc and and excellent for networking as well.
But my point, anyone think I am wasting my time? Anyone done similiar or had an experience with AIESEC?
