I voted yes, if it makes her happy. I think she has the right to choose what she does.
BUT, I would like to add that I do NOT think women should get these just because they think they need to be larger or more firm or whatever. I think breasts are beautiful in all sizes and I think natural breasts of any size look much better than big fakies. In fact, I wish mine were smaller!
