Can anyone recommend a good host for the following...?

Min specifics:
P4 3ghz w/hyperthreading - or Dual Xeon
2 gig memory
2x 200 GIG Hd's (not raid)
redhat enterprise
remote reboot ability
24/7 phone support available
3-5mbs connection

the companies ive looked at already don't really offer anything similar to this...
