I will agree with almost everything you have been told so far, however, if you would like to make your task easier, try using MovieCommander which is a submit tool made specifically for posting to MGPs.
It is free, uses your own templet, and violates nobodies rules against auto-submits, and is very easy to use and install. You can pick it up for free at
