They should fine Janey and Justin- the TV stations had little to do with it. I'm not sure- but isn't it the network's responsibillity to run a delay, not the affiliate station?
Idon't think it was right to whip out a titty durring halftime at the superbowl, but no one really "saw" it anyway- from the distance they showed it on TV it looked like she was wearing a glittered pastey.
