i pulled up behind an occupied passenger loading spot for literally about 30 seconds waiting to pick up a friend ...but i was in the red

the meter maid hahahaha pulled up behind me and beeped, blocked me in and proceeded to write me a $65 ticket for being in the red zone

i think i am going to try to fight it and say that i was having car troubles and pulled over real quick cause i heard a weird noise

i know i was in the red but the car was running and i was sitting in it with my hazards on
she is a bitter old wench
