Yeah, but does that law include terrorism that happened before the law was in place? It would seem to me, that SH needs to be tried based upon laws he broke at the time he broke them; hence an international court would have been more effective. Otherwise, he will be tried and convicted of crimes that weren't crimes at the time he committed them and that is not a democratic society.
