Good idea, anyone want to organise it for Internext?
I just had a very wicked idea.
Acacia are presently earning money from the licensees and spending it in court fighting an expensive and apparently losing battle to keep the patent valid.
If they lose in court the llicense is invalid, as I understand it.
What happens if they pull out of the court battle with ne decision, do the licensees have to keep paying or what. They signed up on the license that they thought the patent was valid.
Sucks to be a licensee.
