I knwo i am addicted thoguh - you can tell you are when you have sex on the couch coz you want to be able to see if any emails come thru or ICQ pops up...
When your partner come as and rolls over to sleep you jump straight up and jump online again.
Or if you have a shower you turn all your sound effects really loud do you can hear them while your head is under water.
Also when you wake up (if you bother to sleep) and jump online before you even bother to wash your face and brush your teeth.
I am guilty of all of the above.
