Today we were debating the legal procedure against Padilla, the accused dirty bomber. My attorney formulated that the Supreme Court's rebuke of the Bush Administration policy of violating habeus corpus leads to a very interesting point. Since Padilla will be recognized as an American citizen (and not as an enemy combatant) and since he was not Mirandized, under U.S. law he cannot be prosecuted because of double jeopardy. Assclown and Bush dropped the ball.
