What daily vitamins/supplements do you take ?
I take a stack of supplements every day, I was just wondering what you all take, to find out if there's anything that's supposed to be good for ya.
Here's what I take
-GNC Mega Man Vitamins
-Fish Oil (with omega 3 fatty acid)
-Ginko Biloba
-Ginsing
-Cranberry
Talk about a pile of pills, he he he. They seem to work though, I seem to have more pep than I used to have. What do you think about the supplement hype ?
