Not an alliance, but the Libs will have to include the NDP in on certain policy in order to get their legislations passed. They will have to work together, and the NDP will, in their small way, hold some sway over a lot that happens over the the next 4 years.
That's the way it works in this scenario of government.
Too bad so many blockheads got suckered in to voting for the bloc though. Why am I not surprised.
