To be totally honest, this is probably not due to actual poor customer service but the scamming, freeloading porn surfer. They whip out their credit card in the heat of the moment and then 20 minutes later forget all about their membership until their credit card comes in. They honestly feel that all funds should be returned. I'm not just talking trials that turned into a monthly membership fee, I am talking some people cancel within the trial period but they still want their trial fee back cause "I was only on the site about 20 minutes" No joke, you would not believe the lengths some people will go to, to get $1 lousy buck back.

Yeah, tell me about it, I use to work for B of A and you get people calling in and saying they never ordered that online porn, and you ask them if they've ever given their CC for age verification, and oops, that's when they're too embarassed to admit they've viewed porn, and still continue to argue that the charge is wrong.
