Nasty Dollars makes some of the most popular sites out there with great conversions so I'm not so sure how much you can trust a simple BBB rating over what other experienced webmasters say about them.
Anyway, the BBB is known for giving good ratings to companies that are pretty much based around scamming others (MLM, network marketing, etc.). I did some research on them a while ago, and the amount of dirt that's out there on some BBB offices is staggering.
