For years I thought that sushi ONLY had raw fish, so I avoided it... now I absolutely love it. My favourites:
1. Teriyaki chicken (with lettuce and sesame seeds)
2. Avocado
3. Vegetarian (carrot, pickled cucumber, lettuce, some sort of bread)
4. California (similar to veg but with crab?)
The only problem is with the seaweed, it's pretty high in fibre so it hits you later.
