The first 3 days or so I didn't really gain but I had alot of cutting going on. Definition really visibly improved. Yesterday I started actually noticing that I'm looking a bit bulkier, especially in the arms and the chest. I weighed myself and I weigh 5lbs more than what I weighed on monday. It's the end of week 1 and I'm already lovin this stuff.
