I dont remember getting an email from you.
But usually I just check what tour they are sending to and have them try another version of the tour, which usually helps.
If your saying your ratio just got better without changing anything then yes must have been a coincidence. If you do this long enough you will see some days are good and some days are bad. Doesnt mean there is foul play involved.
