I've never used the deep analysis, cause as I said, I rarely compress anything i'm copying.
If a whole disc is too big, I reauthor selecting only the movie, then dump any audio channels I'll never need... leaving usually the movie, and 1 audio track (usually the 5.1).
Special features and Directors commentary in French serve no purpose..
So after all that shit, you should be able to do an uncompressed copy... unless the movie is over like an hour and a half.. or two hours.. in which case, splitting onto 2 DVDs gives me a built in piss break : )
Dual layer disc's and burners are starting to come out now, so 8.5G disc's should put an end to having to spit, compress, or strip anything at all: )
