for Webair before, but I moved my site from a private server hosted by Webair that was being shut off, moving to Webair's regular service, and that wasn't too bad, the site was offline for a few hours, I can deal with that.
Tuesday the site went down for about 10 hours and I had to ICQ a few times, and gave up on that, started to call about three times to get it fixed, I didn't get a new FTP password after that breakdown.
Today the site went down again for a little under an hour, I probably wouldn't have noticed if the chimp in the sig was missing while making a post here otherwise it would have been down until I jumped back online now, what, six hours later?
I'm sitting here on the sidelines, I can't really say its great, but its better hosting than what I have had for non-adult projects as far as getting someone in tech-support and not being treated as someone whose only experience with the Internet is with AOL.
